Baja Rolls!

Gosh, sorry this is late. ~_~. Work has kept me pretty darn busy!! ^^.;;

♥Baja Rolls!♥

Well, in my family, Oscar night is our Superbowl. Which means snacks!!!

This is a favorite for us!! ♥

Ingredients
Large Tortillas
Spinach leaves (rinsed and patted dry lightly)
Fresh chicken breast, or you can used canned white meat. (Either way, shred it up nice and fluffy. Not shmushed.)
Lemon Pepper (if you so desire)
Cream Cheese

Bear with me, now, this is really difficult. ^,~.
Lay out a large tortilla, and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on one side. Yes, yes, all of the side.

In a line about 1/5 of the way into the tortilla, pile up some chicken (sprinkle with seasonings if you choose). On top of the chicken, pile some spinach! Yummy!

Now, roll it up like sushi, and cut it at an angle. Eat the ends for yourself, and repeat this process until you have a plate of delicious little baja rolls!!!
