So, tonight I helped my mom to make one of her infamous Rocky Road Cakes to take with her to work.

The recipe? Simple, odd, but SO delicious!!!

Ingredients:
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1 cup Mayo
1 cup Water
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Mini Marshmallows


1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease and flour bunt cake pan
3. Mix cake mix, eggs, and mayo very well, adding in the water as you go.
4. Stir in the walnuts, chocolate chips, and marshmallows by hand.
5. Pour batter evenly into bunt pan.
6. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes (or until done - ie toothpick comes out clean.)
7. Cool cake, then remove from the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
8. SERVE AND ENJOY!!!!!
