Alright....I've been working in the service industry for a while now. You know, counter, email, and phone...and whenever I see posts about "the truth of customer service", I get annoyed. The people I see talking are focused on a personal goal or vendetta, and not really giving you any information...or even thinking about the person they are being a pain to on the other end of the line. (Sorry, folks, it's true. You're a bunch of pretentious jerks...)
The nicest people I deal with are Canadians. Seriously, major props, guys. Patient, and SO polite.
