Well, there's things we all want.

Me, it boils down to frivolity... then cooking and leatherwork.

Leatherwork can wait, I have most of what I need. (Eventually a new hide, but, meh. All good.)

So it comes down to cooking.

If ya haven't noticed, I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook.

Absolutely love it.

So I can't remember if I mentioned about the Shun Kaji knives from Williams-Sonoma. I yearn for them. They are STUNNING!!!!
(i'd be grand with the 6'' chef's knife.. but I'm lusting for the 11-piece set that I shall never be able to afford.)

Other bits of my dream cooking wants....

A real pasta pot, with big tall sides...
A KitchenAid stand mixer... with the different mixing thingies for bread and the like. They're pricey but SO nice.
A nice stick blender...

There's more, really. But those knives and the pasta pot... oh, be still my heart lol. Can't afford any of these things... I wish I had a kitchen and a huge budget.

Screw decorating (tho I lean to yellow, white, and blue in a kitchen. it just seems cheery and bright!)! I want pots! Pans!  Utensils!
Matching tableware and glasses and silverware? Sure, I guess... but only once I have the pots and pans and baking dishes I shall need!

I saw silicone baking dishes shaped like roses once. I wish he'd let me get them. :( I really liked them. Oh well. C'est la vie!!!
