My brain is mush because I am sick and I can't do anything productive. (Well, ok, not entirely true. I did some editing on the 8 in-progress chapters of a sshg fic that needs a new name because 'Man with a Silken Schlong' isn't going to cut it.)
Thank goodness my hubby's over the worst - he took care of food today, and did most of the dishes (which had been piling up).
I am going to try to talk him into watching a movie with me once his episode of Digimon is over, and into getting me some ice cream (for my throat, I swear). I'm so exhausted that I'm walking at old-lady speed and everything is "too heavy". Bleh.

Date: 2014-01-17 11:03 pm (UTC)I'm married to him, but I'm not actually covered, far as I know, so health care for me wouldn't be "free". I'd still have to pay. Granted, it'd be a fraction of the cost it'd be in the US, but it's still money we don't have.
We've applied for residency for me (since we're married and all), but they changed the form a week after we printed it out and sent it (in November) and just got the entire thing back and have to redo it all. (In good news, we don't have to pay the money again. In bad news, we still have to redo it!)
