So, originally, I set myself a goal to be 22 by June.

Guess what? It's early May and I am down to a size 22!!!!!! :-D

And that's on the bottom half!!!

On top, I AM DOWN TO A SIZE 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well..torso-wise. Sadly, my upper arms are still a 22/24, but I am starting some toning exercises that I hope will help. I am terrible embarrassed about my arms.

I am SUPER-ecstatic!!!

Here's to hoping it's nice enough tomorrow to go swimming!!!

My secrets have been:
*eat slower (means i eat less. really working on this one)
*portion control! dont make as much so I cant eat as much
*cook at home from scratch as much as possible
*no soda (rarely ill have one, if i am really really tired but I like never finish it anymore.)
*when going places, park as far away as I can. walking wont kill me lol
*go for walks, or at least be up and active 15 minutes a day
*dont eat and go to sleep...stay up for a bit


Honestly, it's just been about changing my habits. Cooking instead of eating out, and I have like one bad lunch and one bad dinner (errand day and raid night) a week, usually. And even then I try to keep it healthy - chicken rice and veggies bowl instead of burgers. Weird but it works ^^.; I don't deny myself cake or ice cream or cookies, etc... I just eat them in moderation lol.
