Update for me!

Let's see... Well, Bobby still hasn't gotten his payout from the store. We've both been sick to boot. Getting a tad worried about funds because....
We just paid a thousand bloody dollars to process my residency and hope the damn thing goes through. Until it does, I cannot legally get a job. Oh, I can sell things (huzzah for writing)....
Speaking of! Hoping that The Unofficial Sherlock Holmes Cookbook: Recipes for the Consulting Detective from The Great Game Hens to IOU a Fall Apple Pie will soon be done. Vanessa hasn't finished her part all yet, and I am waiting on my sister STILL to finish proofreading/editing my recipes. She's down to 16 to go, and I'm sort of stressed - I'd asked if she could do them over the weekend, back by Monday, and she said "sure, no problem"... but that was three weeks ago, and Vanessa needs them done to format them so we can finish the book.
Self-publishing seems to be a bit of a frustrating process.
I have designed the cover, though!

Not much else - sick, sick, and more sick. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow, because I have a hankering for scones.
And I'm still trying to reply to reviews and emails and I am an awful person because I haven't even looked again at the proof of my wedding album because it makes me mad.
