Lots of veggies for low-calorie goodness ( cabbage and mushroom and onions and carrots and broccoli! Yummy!), some chicken is my preference.. toss it all together with a little soy, some oil (tho a low-no calorie spray or some water works too) in a wok... yummy!

I also have a LOVE of baby soy beans (edamame) with some salt. Best snack ever.

Also, I love turkey sandwiches with lettuce and/or avocado (not much, just a little), some grapes and carrots. :)

I actually have tons of recipes I love.... <3

Wish I could share them all!!
